Green products

”Green products”, as we like to call them, are quickly degradable lubricants which degrade in a short period of time in case of contact with the environment, and the end products of bio-degradation are simple compounds which are safe for the environment.

BIODEGRADABLE Li-Ca GREASE

Lubricating greases based on biodegradable ester and environmentally friendly additives are applied at places of direct contact of lubricants with the environment (e.g. parts of locomotives and railway tracks), and as such they have a significant impact on the reduction of pollution. They are labelled with a sign „Environmental friendly-biodegradable“. They include the following:

INA BIOMA EP 2

Biodegradable lubricating grease of medium hardness for lubricating locomotive and tram wheel flanges by means of fixed track lubricators mounted on the track and before a curve. In addition, it can be used to lubricate agricultural, forestry, construction and mining mechanisation, vessels, water turbines and waste water treatment facilities.

INA BIOMA EP 00

Biodegradable semi-liquid lubricating grease and in that density designated for lubricating wheel flanges of electric locomotives and trams by means of a central lubricating system. It can also be used on buses and freight vehicles with a central lubricating system. Considering its gradation, i.e. hardness, it can also be used to lubricate railway and tram switches by means of lubricators, brushes or by spraying.

INA BIOMA EP L

Biodegradable liquid lubricating grease developed for lubricating cables of cable-cars, where, where it is continuously used both during winter and summer thanks to its good thermal properties. It is also suitable for lubricating gearboxes and small reductors with higher number of revolutions.

Apart from greases, our experts have developed several other quickly biodegradable products that are included in our range of products, i.e. INA BIOLANCOL, INA BIOHIDRAOL HEES 46, INA BIOFIL C 40, INA PROGLITERM, INA REZANOL BIO and water-miscible liquids INA SINT A and INA SINT B, which are used at places where lubricants can directly or indirectly be introduced into the environment.

INA BIOLANCOL

Biodegradable oil based on vegetable oil and ecologically acceptable additives for the lubrication of chainsaw chains. The carefully selected and tested formulation provides excellent lubrication and prevents wear, thus improving the cutting effect and prolonging the saw useful life, especially the chain and guide bars. It is characterized by good adhesiveness and protection against corrosion in dry and humid working conditions.

INA SINT A and INA SINT B

Synthetic concentrates used for preparing solutions for processing metal and other materials, such as ceramics and glass, which do not contain diethanolamine, nitrites, nitrates, chlorine, boron, phosphorous or biocides. The formulations are especially suited for metal processing requirements, from sanding, cutting, boring to deep drawing operations. In addition to excellent operating characteristics, they are also harmless for employees and the working atmosphere. Based on their harmlessness to humans and the environment and their good biodegradability, they can also be applied at locations where lubricants are introduced in the environment.

INA PROGLITERM

Heat transmission propylene-glycol-based liquid without environmentally harmful components is primarily used as an agent in the cooling or heating systems in the food industry, solar systems etc., replacing monoethyleneglycol-based antifreeze which is harmful to health. It should be diluted with water before use and the mixing ratio depends on the application requirements.

INA BIOHIDRAOL HEES 46

It is a biodegradable hydraulic oil based on synthetic esters and multifunctional ash-free additive. It is characterised by excellent oxidation and thermal stability, as well as very good load tolerance. In addition to the exceptional low-temperature properties, it has a high viscosity index and good shear stability. It is used in agriculture, construction, transport, in outdoor hydraulic systems and in places where there is a risk of spills and environmental pollution. This products enables operations at temperatures from -30 ° to 100 °C.

INA BIOFIL C 40

Product based on vegetable oil and emulsifiers which does not contain any environmentally harmful components such as nitrites and diethanolamine, chlorine compounds, mineral oil, etc. It is intended for lubrication and separation of materials in roller spraying operations in applying asphalt, scissors in the production of glass materials, moulds and formwork in construction and similar. It is also used for lubricating and cooling of large wood-cutting saws (gaters). It is produced as a concentrate and, depending on the use, it is mixed with water.

INA REZANOL BIO 5

It is a biodegradable oil used for material processing based on synthetic esters derived from vegetable oils. It is characterised by low viscosity, high flash point, mild scent and low volatility. It does not contain mineral oils or harmful components such as chlorine or heavy metals. Except for conventional lubrication procedures, it can also be used in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL). Since it is biodegradable, it may be used for lubrication and cooling in places where the lubricant may be discharged into the environment, such as cutting parts of external constructions or cutting threads on pipes.

INA AUTOGLAS

Vehicle windshield cleaning fluid for summer season. It is water-based with the addition of selected surfactants. It is characterised by a pleasant scent. Ensures excellent visibility, efficiently removes organic and inorganic stains from glass surfaces, especially insect remains. Successfully used for cleaning other glass surfaces in normal temperatures such as households, high building maintenance and similar. Environmentally friendly, which was confirmed by testing performed in an appropriate institute, which is of exceptional importance for agents discharged into the environment during use.
